Meet Sarah

Sarah Leibrandt, Ph.D., brings more than 15 years of experience in education, leadership, and human development to her coaching practice — along with a deep belief in the power of clarity and connection during times of change.

She founded Your Next Focus to support individuals navigating new chapters — in work, family, or identity — with greater intention and self-trust. Her coaching blends curiosity, compassion, and practical strategy to help clients find clarity, build confidence, and create change that feels sustainable.

Her own experiences moving through major life and career transitions — including single motherhood, blending two families, and multiple career pivots — taught her how grounding it can be to have a space for honest reflection and focused support.

Sarah holds a certificate in Professional Coaching from New York University and earned her ACC from the International Coaching Federation in 2026. She earned her Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.A. in Spanish from Wellesley College.
